Privacy Policy

Effective 26 August 2026 · Last updated 26 August 2026

This policy explains what the mobile game VOIDLOOP (Android package com.vm.voidloop, the “Game”) does with your data. It applies to the Game only, not to this website beyond what is described below.

The short version: the Game has no accounts, no sign-up and no servers of ours. Your progress never leaves your phone. The only data that goes anywhere goes to Google, because the Game shows ads and sells in-app products through Google Play.

1. Who is responsible

The Game is published by an independent developer. For any privacy question or request, write to mtbyte@proton.me. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.

2. What stays on your device

The Game stores the following locally, using the operating system's standard app storage. We cannot read it, and it is never uploaded to us:

When you use the share button, the Game may write a temporary image of your replay to your device's cache folder and hand it to the app you choose. What happens next is governed by that app's own policy.

3. What third parties collect

The Game embeds two Google services. They act as independent data controllers for what they collect, under their own policies.

ServicePurposeTypical data
Google AdMob Showing interstitial and rewarded ads Advertising ID (AD_ID), IP address, device and OS model, coarse region, ad interactions, approximate ad frequency
Google Play Billing Selling VIP and crystal packs Purchase token, order ID, product ID. Payment card details are handled entirely by Google — the Game never sees them

Read their policies at Google Privacy & Terms and AdMob data disclosures.

4. What we do not do

5. Your choices about ads

6. Legal bases (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Because we hold no data about you, most requests must be directed to Google; write to us and we will point you to the right form.

7. Rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the advertising identifier described above, which you can disable in Android settings at any time.

8. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data. The Game is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will act.

9. Retention and deletion

Local game data lives on your device until you delete it. Uninstalling the Game removes all of it. You can also clear it from Android Settings → Apps → VOIDLOOP → Storage → Clear data. Data held by Google is retained under Google's own schedules.

10. International transfers

Google may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under the safeguards described in its own policies.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and, when the change affects how data is collected, surface a notice in the Game.
